We're excited to let you know that we start a new big chapter with a new real estate developer brand - bbf:

Ten years ago, we began the construction of our very first project in Limassol. Today, our portfolio features over 100 projects across Cyprus and includes an array of stunning landmarks such as the iconic Eden Roc, Sky Tower, and Marco Polo. We have also expanded our business in Greece, Portugal and Canada, and have begun the renovation of the famous Berengaria hotel in the Troodos mountains.

Our strategy is aimed at improving our customer’s quality of life by creating healthy and sustainable living spaces, that are also fashionable, beautiful, and easy to use and maintain. To support this strategy and our international expansion, we have decided to launch a new brand named bbf:

bbf: stands for build better future, reflecting our brand's mission to provide improved living environments for our current customers and the generations to come. It fully correlates with our values and the latest urban development trends which prioritize modern, high-quality, affordable, and comfortable living environments. 

All our new projects, as well as our property management services, will now be branded bbf:, while Prime Property Group will continue its operations as an international real estate broker.
